Hope you're enjoying your summer! Today I wanted to share with you about my last art residency, and some exciting events coming up. 🌴

In June I had the opportunity to revisit one of my favorite places, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. I was there to create alongside a group of other artists in a massive 19th century house overlooking the city. This week pushed me as an artist and human, way beyond expectations.

There was something unique to learn from everyone, and the camaraderie that grew between artists was strong. Most of the artists work with traditional tools, and some have purely digital practices.

Over the last years many of theses artists have found their voice + audience through the interconnected art world in web3.

​Selkie, the visionary behind the residency brought all of us together – 19 artists of varying levels and skills – to have a rich artistic knowledge + cultural exchange in this exotic place.

I was proud to be named as the lead artist, and now co-founder of the residency as we move forward into the future.

Over 100 works were made during the residency by the 19 artists.

We will be releasing 19 pieces (plus a short video of the mural 🖌) in a new and innovative format!
